As everyone uses the start of a new year as a time to reflect on the previous, here at Blue Spot HQ we’ve looked back on 2018 as an all in all fantastic year.
2018 kicked off from the get-go with our fantastic team here being nominated for the Sentinel business awards, the 1st of 4 nominations for individual business awards we received throughout the year, spurred on with great focus we have managed to grow fantastically over the past 12 months, not just from a typically turnover and profit point of view, but also from an internal growth aspect.
Notably, in 2018 we have invested more than ever in improving our own services and workflows internally, we have integrated new remote management and monitoring systems, built custom automated processes and have worked to build a more and more proactive service. Meaning less downtime for our customers, but also more opportunity to for us to react faster if things fail.
We have also been working on our customer documentation, concentrating on building bigger, better visual documentation methods for detailing customer networks, all of which takes time but even though is unseen, adds more value to our services for both our new and existing customers.
Our team has grown and diversified, and as we work towards our Gold Microsoft partnership level we continue to add additional services to our portfolio, including our new Fire and Security services for which 2019 already promises to be a great year.
Here’s to 2019, Another year and another opportunity to support and help current amazing clients, but also another opportunity to help other businesses grow using the technology.
